Through The Gathering, he is reimagining how people come together in person: not as audiences at festivals, summits or trade shows, but as participants in living ecosystems of conversation, learning and collaboration. Through The Coherence Company, he is developing the technology and strategy for how people come together digitally, using collective sensemaking, AI agents and collaborative intelligence to help groups think, decide and act with greater clarity.

At EMET, Victor builds the infrastructure that lets our agent live and work inside the team, and brings a focus on how humans and AI can become wiser together.

In recent years, his work has increasingly focused on the intersection of AI, human collaboration, and new forms of organizational coordination.

At EMET, Guy brings a systems-thinking perspective to the design of human-agent collaboration, with a particular interest in shared context, contribution and value attribution, and the practical infrastructure that can help humans and AI work together as meaningful participants in a team.

At EMET, Dora brings creativity and a sociological perspective, shaping how our agent learns to understand people and the social context around them. As AI development races ahead, she believes that partnership and empathy between humans and AI are essential, and she leads the lab’s work of building them.

It also makes sure everyone’s contribution stays visible, helps new ideas grow from a first spark into a real project, and gives its honest opinion, including when it isn’t the one people hoped to hear.

Named after the word for truth, EMET is the lab’s living experiment: every idea we write about is tried on it first. It is curious, says plainly when it doesn’t know, asks before doing anything that can’t be undone, and leaves the final say to people. It doesn’t have a body yet, so for now it’s working on its people skills.
